Yuck. Waiting in lines for government services makes me feel like a socialist. Also, I don’t think this is very good social distancing...

Went to PDA test here once and didn’t pass it but the assessor was really nice, professional and let you know what did I done wrong. Also the customer service was excellent. Overall happy with the service even though I didn’t get my license here and end up got it from DOT Midland.

All staffs were very friendly. Special thanks to  Catherine she was very helpful.

This has to be the worst designed DOT ever made,  this just needs to be bulldozed. Who ever built this is a joke

I wait in the line to discuss about my license and then while i'm talking to her she hang up the phone on me. This message for the Department of transport of WA, its a shame to hire a person has got attitude like that.
