Yep very positive experience buying a bike from Drift bikes Kotara. Caleb was very thorough in explaining the features of my bike . And he set it up as best he could with me stationary in the shop. Looking forward to many many comfortable rides

I am very happy with the service I received from Drift Bikes. I bought a Dirodi Classimo bike from them, and later had minor issues and follow up questions. These were all dealt with in an expeditious and professional manner. The Store people and the staff in the workshop I met were all polite and helpful. From purchase to leaving the store with the bike I was impressed by how helpful and polite all the team were. I dealt with Lachie during most of the process and no request was too hard to deal with, giving me plenty of options and advice from his experience. I will definitely be coming back for my next bike - pity I live 3 hours away, otherwise I'd be dropping in more regularly!
Hi Guys Thank you for great service much appreciated as I bought a Fat Bouy scooter from another retailer and wanted another charger and help and advise from the retailer. Well I rang thrre time no reply, emailed no reply, tried again no reply. So I contacted Drift Bikes, they went out of there way they contacted there suppliers got the chargers in and sent them to me. I was so impressed with how thay go out of there way to help you as I live in Melbourne great service guys.
