I have been to this place many times, and their service is amazing. They acknowledge everyone, and even when it's busy, they help all their customers. I have seen their service, and it's definitely a place I visit so often because of their customer service they deliver. Another point is that the dresses i have hired are absolutely perfect. And I'll always be a loyal customer. You guys are the best !!nXx
I hate to be the one to leave a bad review but I genuinely did not have a pleasant visit to this store.nnI want to start by acknowledging that I know it’s formal season and that they can get very busy but this is no excuse to have bad customer service. You should not be accepting walk ins at times like this! Extremely poor time management.nnThe store was absolute chaos and I waited for over half an hour like a lost puppy waiting for staff members to help me. I was very patient and kind with the staff understanding that they were busy however it got to a point where it was just pathetic. At least 4 different members approached me, I mentioned what I was after and it seems like they just completely forgot I was there and started serving other customers.nnI kept getting told that someone was serving me and that “she’s looking for a dress” but she was just fixing up dresses on the racks. I then asked another lady who I assumed was the manager of some sort if anyone was getting my dress and she said that the lady was serving me. She had approached the lady that was fixing the dresses to check on her and where the dresses I was inquiring about are. That staff member then came up to me and proceeded to say “how can I help you” ??????nnI had been waiting patiently for over half an hour and that was just the last straw, she started taking me to the dress racks and said “have you looked around” I specifically said that I was after a certain type of dress and that they were all in the back mentioning that I was open to different options and that I would like to be shown dresses as I clearly cannot see their range at the back of the store.nnAgain I was told at LEAST 5-7 times that someone is helping me when in fact no one was. That really just put a bad taste in my mouth, I was no longer interested in spending my money at this store and truly disappointed because I’m sure there would’ve been lovely service if the time management was coordinated properly.nnEDIT: I appreciate your response however I find it quite unfortunate that you’re trying to flip the situation…nFirstly one shouldn’t assume that I’m there to try on a previous dress? I had brought the heels with me to match to a dress that I was hoping to find at your store. Mentioning that I was waiting at the counter is absolute nonsense! Where else would you want me to stand whilst I waited for a dress? Please don’t accuse me of anything as you know that no one had brought the dress out and that I mentioned MULTIPLE times that I was open to options. I had made this vocal to majority of your staff.nSecondly “if our service was bad we wouldn’t have known” it took multiple requests and asks for a dress to be brought out to me in the first place??? A lady at the beginning showed me a sparkly dress with multiple colours on there and I kindly rejected it as I was not a fan of that dress and I did mention that the colours were too much for my liking. During that I also mentioned that I was open to pink and long dresses to which none was brought out to me till later.nSaying I made you uncomfortable?! That’s just absurd honestly, I was very kind to your staff and you know that! Not once did I inflict some sort of attitude or disrespect. I stood at your counter on my phone WAITING how does that make someone uncomfortable??nThis response was truly disappointing and just a flip of the story. I understand you’re trying to protect your business but turning it into something that it’s not is just the wrong way to approach it.nnThank you all the best.nnLast edit:nI no longer wish to engage in this as it’s just going back and forth. I cannot begin to explain how amazing the dresses, quality and service is at this place! I’ve been almost all around Sydney looking for last minute dresses after another hire store cancelled on me. Dresses for hire came to the rescue, with their amazing customer service and stunning dresses. I ended up with dresses a thousand times nicer than what I originally had. All in all, best of the best!!!!!
This dress store has so many amazing dresses, different to all other dress stores. I went to buy a dress with my cousin and thanks to the lovely worker Sandra, we were both able to find the perfect dress for the occasion. Absolutely love this dress shop and the customer service was 10/10.
A long and beautiful story with a dress for hire.nnAbsolutely great experience with All The Dresses. I was lucky yesterday because my dress was brand new, very simple and elegant. I received many compliments at the event for my dress.nnDress for hire always offers an amazing service with lots of dress options.nnThank you from a very happy customer and definitely will be renting again.
