Such a fab store! I've rented dresses on multiple occasions from Dress Hire AU for a variety of events weddings, hen parties, races, gala events, concerts and birthdays and always been spoilt for choice with the range of stock they carry. I've rented in-store and online and service has been amazing for both. Unlike a lot of other dress rental stores, the range of sizes is so inclusive.nnDresses are always in perfect condition and they are constantly updating their racks with the latest designs from a wide range of brands. Highly recommend to anyone!

I hired two dresses one as a backup.nnBoth dresses arrived early yay!. I completely understand it’s a hire company, so the dresses wouldn’t be in perfect condition, but considering I paid $123 to hire both of these dresses one as a backup option, I was disappointed with the two dresses attached below.nnI wasn’t happy with the second dress pictured and all the piling on it, so decided to go with the dress in the first picture. Until trying it on again on Saturday three hours before my anniversary dinner - I realised it had a hole in it at the bottom from a previous customer and wasn’t properly checked by staff before sending it to me.nnI rang the store and explained the situation, the lady was nice and said she’d place a note down, but I feel robbed as i spent $123 to wear a dress that had a hole at the bottom. I had no other dresses to wear for my anniversary, so had to still remove the tag and accept my loss.nnI personally wouldn’t hire from this company again, I’ve hired from other dress companies and never had this issue.nnI hope this review helps others :
I have hired from Dress Hire mutliple times and the service has always been fantastic. They offer a vast range of dresses in different budgets for all sorts of events. I have hired both online and in-store and always had a great experience. Also from a price point, they offer the best prices.I will continue to hire from them in the future.
Amazing service. The team responds quickly and went above and beyond when I once accidentally selected the wrong rental date. They still managed to get my dress to me the very next day. Lifesavers. Gorgeous pieces, professional, and truly reliable. Highly recommend.
