Fantastic company to deal with.nI was worried my dress wouldn’t come with enough time to see if it fitted as I ordered my dress very late on a Monday night.nWell it arrived on the Wednesday afternoon plenty of time and fitted beautifully.nVery easy to post back too.

I should have trusted my instincts. Upon entering this store, it had the unmistakable appearance and odour of an op shop. To summarise, the dress I received was unwearable, with a broken zipper, two holes, and severely bent boning, and covered in cat fur. I received a superficial apology, and was told I could arrange repairs at their cost or have an alternative dress. Every girl know accessories are purchased to suit the dress! A refund was refused until AFTER  I returned the damaged dress, not very helpful. On a positive note, the fashion boutique from which the dress originated were very helpful. They acknowledged that this issue has occurred too frequently with this company and generously hired me the same dress. Ignore any weak justifications provided here by Dress Hire AU and absolutely refrain from considering this rental service.

I’ve rented many dresses from Dress Hire AU and absolutely love the concept, especially the option to hire a backup dress. They offer a wide selection of designers and dresses in a good range of sizes. Since renovating, the location is much larger, with plenty of space and a newer section with strong air-conditioning, which is great when trying on clothes. While the staff aren’t overly friendly and can sometimes feel unapproachable for assistance, they’ve never been outright rude either. However, the girls work very hard and are always busy, never standing in one spot doing nothing.

Fantastic experience hiring through here. Checked online what styles I liked saved them and then took that in - the girls were fantastic and zipped around to find the dresses or directed me where to find me. Always happy to provide their opinion if asked and helpful advice with the dresses.

I had an amazing experience with Dress Hire AU! The selection is fantastic, the dresses are in great condition, and the process is so simple. The team was incredibly helpful and responsive, making the entire experience stress-free. Highly recommend.
