Went to pick up a dress the day before engagement party. It was completely frayed and unwearable. When I raised this with the girl she initially said she couldn’t offer me a refund but a credit note. They asked that I try on dresses in the store for other options which I did. But all the dresses I tried on smelled or had stains on them? Like huh?! I was absolutely shocked given the state of the dresses. had to push and they ultimately said that I would have to wait until Monday to see whether they could refund me. At first I accepted this, but then I called back really upset, and said no I want to be offered a full refund right now. They ultimately agreed to a refund - which is what they should have done at the beginning.nnHow can this business honestly offer frayed ruined dresses to the public? Do they not check the dresses before they are ordered?
I have been hiring with Dress Hire for over three years now online only and i have never had a bad experience! They are always early with posting the dresses and the website is very easy to use. The backup dress system is also so useful. I will definitely be using them again and again
