My experience with DRC data recovery engineer services and professionalism has been outstanding.  In my role as a professional photographer, I was responsible for taking photographs and video with my Sony Alpha 7R V 35mm Full-Frame Camera with 61.0MP during the 2 weeks Mongolian young community's trip to Australia, but my 256 GB Sandisk SD card was damaged for some reason. I was unable to access all the videos and photos, including the one taken at the Opera House. There will be a risk to my reputation as a photographer.  A desperate Google search led me to DRC Data Recovery Sydney and I left my damaged card with one of the engineers Dilip on Monday morning around 9:00 am. His response was that they are very familiar with this type of issues and that they have been in the data recovery industry for over 12 years, and that they will do their best to recover the photos and videos. Towards the end of the evening on the same Monday, the engineer sent me a text message informing me of the good news. They have successfully recovered all of my photos and videos from the damaged SD card from Scandisk. Professionalism, impartiality, and reliability are the hallmarks of this data recovery service. I highly recommend DRC Australia for their outstanding service, reasonable price, and exceptional customer care.

We were very satisfied with the service that Dilip provided after my iPhone was damaged by water. Retrieving my phone data proved tricky but he persisted until all of it was recovered. I would recommend his service to others in a similar situation.

My external hard drive completely stopped working. I had a submission on the hard drive and needed to retrieve it urgently. As I live in a rural town, there were no experts close by. I ended up sending the external hard drive to DRC via express post. They were able to retrieve all of my files and sent me a new external hard drive with all my data. Excellent Service!  Highly recommend this company.  I had a MacBook pro 2018 that would not start up or only start up occasionally.  After contacting two apple repair shops I was told that there was a three week turn around for a repair and no data recovery because on this 2018 model the SSD is integrated into the mother board and if the problem was a board fault no data could be recovered because Apple have left out any data recovery points on the Board.  This was a top end computer 2 T disk and max RAM- how disappointing. One of the apple service agents though pointed me to DRC on Friday and I left my computer with them at 3 pm.  Two days later on Sunday 12 noon I got a call that they had repaired my computer - there was a problem with shorting which they had fixed.  How good a service is that?  These people are amazing and very professional and basically gave me back my 2T of data as well as a working computer. They come highly recommended from me.

I took my RAID storage unit to DRC as we couldn't get access to the data. Staff at DRC Mascot Lab were very friendly, helpful and professional especially Dilip who attended to my work. They recovered the data and saved on an external 18TB HDD and I was able to access very important data again which was a great relief for me. I would like to thank Dilip and the staff for their very efficient work and I would recommend anyone to get their data recovery work sorted out through DRC Australia.  Duminda
