The Drainpro team did a huge sewerage job for me July 2016 and I was really impressed with the pride in which they did their work.  They were required to cut through textured concrete and cut the blocks with precision.  They re-laid them and visitors could not tell the work was done!   
No hesitation in calling them again to clear some roots from the stormwater yesterday and Jim did a fantastic job.  
I recommend them highly - call them first!

Called and spoke to Jim after another plumber quoted to excavate a part of the drains. Jim told me of their call out fee (485) and what was included, and that it may be possible to avoid excavation with a thorough clean out of the system. 

Next day Nick arrived at 8am as planned and spent a considerable time finding the sewer access hole, which was under the fence! Nobody else had found it thus far.  Nick took a video of the system before and after a thorough clean and showed where all the issues are. And despite the additional time taken, no additional charges were added! 

Overall very friendly, knowledgeable and honest. Definitely recommend and will use again (neighbors have a fig tree).

Drainpro arguably provide the best plumbing service in Melbourne! Yesterday, Jim fixed a major blockage in my front yard in a timely and professional manner. 

Fixed price was great too! After the job was done, Jim left the front yard spotless which was important as I have young kids. Highly recommend!!!
