Great flowers but service is a little bit hit or miss. I've been buying flowers here a couple of times now and I find the arrangement's good sometimes and not so good at other times. I think there are still better places to go to.

I have always received outstanding customer service at Dragonfly Flowers. This is my "go to" place whenever I need flowers for special occasions or for my home. They go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction and are very honest and transparent in their approach. Their prices are very reasonable in comparison to their competitors and I would recommend this place to anyone.

Have been here many times over the past 20 years and have found it to be good sometimes and not so good at other times with quality, price and service.

This place is hit and miss. Great product but the service is variable. Once I had a fabulous woman who was very helpful, going above and beyond. I went back hoping she would still be there but was told she had been let go. They bad mouthed her. Other times a terse older man who seems quite knowelegable, but is not friendly. I took two terrariums to be redone once, was charge through the roof and only had my original plants repotted back in there after just the base was refilled. I expected more since they had to send them away to be redone for the week and I had paid for a specific number of new plants to be repotted in there. Depends on the day and salesperson I find, sadly.
