Dragon Place Chinese Restaurant

Menu was mostly standard Chinese restaurant fare, but all dishes tried were flavourful and hot. Staff were friendly and helpful even though they were fairly busy. Nothing negative to say.

We where a little disappointed in the level of service, the gentleman was fine but the young lady gave the impression she didn't want to be there, this lead to a negative tone to the the evening. The meals where quite tasty and we would go back to see if it was a one off.

Has been in business for years. Recent experience was they are extremely understaffed to the point their customer service is jeopardised. They make priority over takeaway. Ended up leaving as it was visible we wouldn’t be served for quite some time. Hope they return to former glory.

Amazing staff polite,always,delivery even calls to say there here,there my go to after a hard day ,love them the food,service all I truelly recommend honest .

Only fault with my takeaway noodles was the pork tasting rather gamey and being a bit rubbery. Everything else though was perfect - value for money, customer service levels. Just shame about the pork especially as there was plenty of it - big pieces! All other aspects of the meal were fantastic.

Ordered takeaway from here, had to wait an extra 30 minutes past the estimated pick up time. the pineapple fritter was still raw dough but the icecream it came with was good. brought the curry puffs, yummy but smaller than expected rice was a bit dry and could have been better without the carrot lemon chicken was good and large amount for good value for money crab claw was actually a fried ball but still tasted good

Food was so overpowering in flavour and couldn’t eat it and found so much hair in what we ordered so not ordering from here again

Love this place, Food is always fresh and tastes amazing. We wouldn't go anywhere else.

Absolutely delicious! Wonton soup really hit the spot! Fried wontons, fried rice and pork ribs in plum sauce. Arrived promptly and piping hot!

The food was mostly ok … the deep fried icecream was horrible …. Cold and soggy with Neapolitan icecream… I could not eat it due to aversion to fake strawberry product.. no mention of this when ordering and had to pay for it even though it was not up to standard or could not be eaten ...they stated they couldn’t find any vanilla icecream … the manager was a very odd person with very odd behaviour saying things that were quite strange… would not eat in again … it’s a shame to have this bad experience as it appears to be a lovely place other than the strange behaviour of the manager
