Was willing to give this place a try, despite some of the harsh reviews.nnI went with my partner for dinner, we waited in line for a short time. One server waves us over to a table and we sit down, there was no greeting or explanation on the ordering options.nnSo we followed what other customers were doing, which was going up to serve ourselves at the wall full of ingredients.nWe grabbed an empty pot and tongs, as we picked out ingredients there was so much cross contamination with fresh veggies, uncooked frozen meat and noodles.nnI’m a vegetarian so I didn’t have any meat and went up to weigh my food to pay, before they cook it which cost $39. My partner was just behind me and by the time he sat down next to me a server came out with my food.nnIt looked like a hot soup was just poured over all the ingredients. There didn’t seem to be any actual cooking the food, everything was bland like the ingredients had no time to soak up the soup flavour. My carrots were undercooked and my meal tasted stale.nAfter dinner I had the runs, and I started vomiting when I got home.nnThe lack of staff acknowledging customers, no explanation of how to serve yourself and the over priced food poisoning will ensure I’m never coming here again.nnI don’t believe this restaurant shows any care or safety with their food, it is a serious hazard.
Me and my friend tried the signature broth . It was soo yummy and we loved it.nnThe staff over the counter were so friendly and suggested us some good options.nBut felt very bad as one of the staff , a lady was rude when I took the chilli oil and chopstick for my table. Don’t know why nnOther than we really enjoyed it. Will definitely come back to have it
Went for dinner on Friday and had a nice meal. There was a line outside and I saw the staff distributing warm drinks, very considerate
I love this new venue, the staff were great too. It was super busy and the food came super quick despite this
Soup thumbs up from everyone, I recommend the bone brothnThe club music was an interesting choice of atmospherenStaff helpful enough
