Really great service and affordable compared to other physios. Tess is really knowledgeable and friendly. She doesn’t waste any time getting straight into the treatment in the 30 min sessions.

I have been using both physio and hydrotherapy services and highly recommend both. The treatment for my knee included dry needling and is remarkably improved my mobility and reduced my pain. I continue to attend hydrotherapy and find it is helping me holistically in addition to the targeted treatment of my knee. Thank you Lawrence.
