Super-professional and very patient. Leg fixtures and incisions healed excellently. Literally LITERALLY walked out a couple hours after eventual removal of said fixture; the same incisions were reopened and have healed up as before. I suppose that maybe there could've been more aggressive following-up on the progress of my physio, walking, and pain, maybe even over the phone? I thought I was meant to exercise without putting weight on my leg, but on the next checkup, the Dr. Ray appeared concerned that I couldn't walk on it. I might have been able to recognize sooner that the fixture was the source of a pain interfering with my recovery. The important thing is though, that thanks to his excellent skills, he patiently held the door to recovery open for me. Thank yous!
Great surgeon. Excellent and informative. I had two operations, one to attach a plate to my collarbone. The other was to free up my capsular muscle and plate was removed. Shoulder is feeling pretty good with nearly all motion returned. Doctor Chin draws pictures and explains the whole process. He even showed me a video of my arm being twisted in all directions to prove it will regain motion.
Got my left full knee replacement done with Dr. Ray chin in may this year . Best orthopaedic surgeon I could of ever chosen to perform my operation. Very friendly , caring , and most importantly he knows exactly what he's talking about and doing . Thank you very much Dr. Chin and your team for taking such good care of me . I sencerly highly recommend him to whom ever needs orthopaedic treatment. All the very best to you and your family Dr.Chin. And specially for Christmas and the New year.
Great doctor but definitely needs to suck his current receptionist and employ another one. In all my years in australia never had someone who is as rude , arrogant, mean, uncaring like this Girl. All she did with me was shout on top of her voice , only because my mum failed to book for an appointment. Far out!!!!! I wish i recorded the telephone call i had with her just now. Lord have mercy with her . She needs jesus and if not jesus she needs a refresher course on how to do her job and how to work with people. Not very impressed and im still to go in and talk to the doctor about her. Its a shame that a good Dr like Chin has her for a receptionist.
Sincere gratitude to Dr.Chin, staff at Fairfield Hospital and Tracy from Liverpool practice for excellent care and service.Now 1 year of being pain free I still say "Thank You so much"
