I went to see Paul in December 2017. He was professional and very confident. I liked the way he talked to me and straight away I felt comfortable with him. I had been looking at my procedure for more than a year and was going to go OS. However after the consult, I was more than satisfied that I had found my surgeon. I had full face, including forehead, nose, lips and jaw done in a 10 hour opp. I am more than happy, I am in love with the results. I am transgender and he turned my face from clearly a mans to clearly a woman’s. I cant thank him enough for his efforts. It was done just before Christmas and Wendy was amazing. I was very upset when I couldn’t find my way back there for my first consult (new area, just days after surgery, very lost in my head) and when I called Wendy very upset, she remained calm and professional and helped me. So great staff, awesom surgen. Yes he does charge for a consult but they all do. I found his pricing for everything very competitive and his abilities as a surgeon to be just what I was looking for. It was a very complicated operation and Paul took to it with the easy of a person who clearly has the skills to back up his words

I can't breath through my nose so I looked up a ENT surgeon and visited Mr Gerachi with my referral. I went to the first consultation which cost me $200.00 and he tried to sell me a whole face lift $20,000 This was about 4-5 years ago and since then I have been so turned off and hesitant to go to a surgeon to fix my breathing issue because of this experience. His actions have had a very negative effect on my confidence and self image since. I think this kind of behavior is unprofessional and questionable. I still cant breath properly and get stressed every time I think about choosing a surgeon. C.S.

Dr Gerarchi is an amazing surgeon. From start to finish he listed very carefully to me and provided advice and answers. He performed revision rhinoplasty/septoplasty, including ear cartilage graph. I could not be happier with the results and it's only 2 weeks post-op! Wendy the receptionist was always so helpful and answered my many questions and Samantha the nurse was very caring, and professional. The nursing team and staff at Hunters Hill Private Hospital where I had my surgery were so thorough, friendly and professional. I cannot fault any stage of my whole experience. I would definitely recommend Dr Gerarchi and his team.

Fantastic practice and Dr G is patient and understanding. He repaired a scar on my nose that was very distressing.

Terrible. Dr Paul Gerarchi was terrible. He consulted me on one thing and it turned out the opposite. Be very careful when hiring him. He uses his disclaimers and waivers to screw you over
