I would warn against seeing Nelum should you have anything serious. My mother was a patient of hers for 7 years. For 2 years she complained of (now we know) typical ovarian cancer symptoms. Nelum failed to diagnose these. Mum had lost a huge amount of weight and was in extreme pain. Friends and family begged mum to see someone else but she did not due to her loyalty. When she finally went, she was sent for an ultra sound the very first consultation with the new doctor. It revealed a tennis ball size tumour and the cancer had by then spread. It was too late. My mum had an extremely painful fight she lost after a year of chemo and surgeries. I urge you to seek another medical opinion. My mother was only 75 and will not see her grandchildren be born and grow. Don't let this happen to you. Nelum is a pleasant personality but does not have the skills to make a diagnosis when she was needed to.

Dr Soysa and team are friendly supportive and never in a rush to get you out of the clinic so they can turn over the numbers and get on to the next "customer". Old-school care and consideration. If you like being able to talk to your doctor about your concerns without feeling rushed and unheard then this is the medical practice for you.
