Dr Denise Koong has a wonderful approach to her work. I always feel comfortable with her and appreciate the knowledge and advice she shares with all situations.

Absolutely shameful. She fobbed me off regarding my pain. I went to a different gynaecologist later that month who upon surgery they found severe endometriosis. In regards to fertility said 'maybe you'll get pregnant, maybe you won't. Glad I paid an 'expert' for that 50/50 guess. I am shocked that she works in a caring industry and I'm just glad it was endo and not something more serious that she completely missed.

Denise is friendly and makes you feel comfortable. Like all doctors there can sometimes be a wait but this is because she spends time listening and making you feel relaxed.

The doctor was great. However, I waited over 45 minutes. This is just not right. You pay over $400 for a 5 minutes meeting, but have to wait nearly an hour. I will not come back. It is a shame because the doctor was good.
