I am a second time patient over 15 years, greeted by a very nice pleasant receptionist who talked to me for a while and asked me to fill in the sheet. I finished sheet and she came out and said I live up the road from you and we talked some more before the dentist arrived and invited me in. He examined me and gave an honest appraisal, showed me what he could do, which was amazing with a quote, no pressure and said give us a ring if you want to go ahead, and also advised my teeth were in good condition. He was very pleasant and professional and I felt completely comfortable, his fee was amazing for the amount of time I was there. I am now considering going ahead with it. The receptionist came out after and had another long chat with me and showed me through some books. A great customer service experience.

So rude. I made an appointment for 3.45pm but told the receptionist I may be a little late as had to get my kids from school.She said that was fine. I arrived and was told off for being late by the dentist in front of everyone. I tried to explain that I was actually not 20 minutes late as he kept saying,  He talked over the top of me and was really rude. He told me I could not have my appoinment just a check up. I waited two weeks with a sore tooth for appointment. Waste of time and now still got sore tooth.Didnt need to be so rude and nasty about it. I was very upset with the way I was spoken to. If I could give them no stars I would

Good luck getting an appointment with this dentist. I rang to make an appointment and was greeted with an answering machine during working hours. I left a message which was returned after a few days. I missed their call, but when I rang back, I spoke to a receptionist who had a thick accent and could not understand me. She kept telling me that I was ringing a dentist and not a real estate agent! Great that the surgery offers multilingual services, but not much use when the caller speaks English.
