I have been going to this practice for 5 years and on Monday I phoned to say I was sorry to be running 10 minutes late. I was due to be only 5 minutes late though was stopped in roadworks twice on my 40 minute drive there. The receptionist said that’s okay, keep coming. I arrived 10 minutes late with my 3 month old and they cancelled my appointment. I woke my baby up from her sleep to go in and be told that I can no longer have my appointment. I have waited on numerous occasions 30 minutes or more previously and my partner has arrived to an appointment that the practice had forgotten to tell him they had cancelled. Double standards, happy to make you wait but not the other way round. It was very disappointing to see absolutely no discretion shown by the staff on Monday.
Dr Justin Huang has been looking after my mother with advanced dementia for around 5 years now. He has such a wonderful manner with her, reducing her anxiety and making her feel special and cared for. It is certainly not easy doing dentistry work on a dementia patient but I would recommend him 100 per cent. He also does my teeth and I am very happy that he does what needs to be done when it needs doing. I trust his integrity and I recommend him highly.
Dr Chau has been my dentist for 20 years and I have no intention of going anywhere else. As a dentist, his knowledge and skills are second to none and his staff are polite, skilled, efficient and very friendly. Dr Chau takes great care to explain what he is doing and why in a friendly and informative way. He really is a very nice man. Importantly, if your appointment is at 2.10 p.m. that is precisely when Dr Chau and his team are ready to attend to your needs ... a rare experience indeed. I have no hesitation in recommending his services.
Just had a clean. All the staff made me feel warm and welcome, great customer service all-round. The bathrooms were immaculate and the best ive ever seen. Will be visiting again. : Costa
Went for a tooth extraction.. said they didnt have enough time do do it so i walked out after paying $130 just for that , booked into another dentist and procedure was done in 30 minutes. Go figure.. wouldnt waste my time and money here
