We were not happy with a filling by oral hygienist but reception would not allow us to book to be seen by the dentist for the second filling.  The second filling was also painful.  When I rang to make an appointment to have it addressed the receptionist insisted I provide information about the kind of pain.  No word of concern or apology.  My son was at school and so I was not able to give more information. Which I explained.  She was unhelpful about booking a time saying if I came in on the same day the oral hygienist could "look at it" . As I have to take off work and my son off school I explained I would rather only come in when it could be repaired or treated. Again she said that it would be better if I could provide the information even although I had explained I did not have it and her questioning was vague.  I doubt such third hand questioning has any clinical value.  Not helpful, especially when we are not happy with the original work. It is difficult for me to make personal calls in office hours and I expect to be helped.  Not interrogated.  We won't be returning.

I last saw Dr Moore many, many years ago, and found him to be profoundly GRUMPY! I was shocked. Paid a lot of money to fix a chipped tooth, and the treatment I received was shabby. I never went back. Surprise! Surprise! I reluctantly gave one star here because this review doesn't allow me to give a ZERO!
