This place is one of the best nail salons in Victoria. Starting with the service, the people are extremely patient and accommodating with what you want. Then there's design I didn't think it would be possible because the design I wanted was a bit complicated but she did such an amazing job with my "Stranger things" nails. They disclose the price for the entire service before starting the work which shows great integrity and respect for their customers because there are places that try to hide the cost of add-ons until the last minute. They also have a loyalty offer where they give their ongoing customers 10% off after 5 visits and another 10% off on your birthday. I'm never going to any other nail salon.
I really like this place! Having moved interstate 3 times in the last 3 years, I'm sad that I can't find anywhere in Brisbane that compares! Every time I visit Melbourne, this is my first stop. I don't think I've ever been disappointed. There are so many new colours, but I love today's look!
These ladies are amazing! Only twice in my life have I left a nail salon not crying, both times were leaving here. I cannot fault their work!! I wish I knew the girls name, but both times I got her and both times she gave me exactly what I asked for. By far my favourite nails and nail salon! The girls here put so much time and effort into making them perfect, and followed our requests perfectly!! Yesterday the angel with pink hair didn’t get her name sorry! put so much time and precision into my nails and I came out happier than I’ve ever been walking out! Couldn’t recommend more
This is my first time getting my nails done in Melbourne, and Annie did an amazing job! I am very satisfied with her work, and she understood my needs perfectly. Super friendly, went impulsively so I didn't have an appointment but they gave me a time estimate of 30 minutes to come back to get them done & I'm so glad I did. Good eye for detail, happy to chat with you, good environment for a small shop, & tons of options.
updated: a part of it just broke today. I have done nothing but playing video games with a keyboard in my seat zero housework like what I have been doing everyday. it's clearly the gel didn't have good quality and wasn't layered enough. Look at photo and you be the judge. og: for the price of what I'm getting, I'm on an ok level of satisfaction, since they could have added one more layer to make the yellow ones less translucent, and as you see the yellow flame on the long fingers are uneven, however their price is pretty ok and the nail shape was 5/5, I'll take it. the indoor environment is just your typical street shop that has some chemical smelling but is ok to bear along for less than 2 hours. Also it's kinda weird that when the female staffs are working, they are talking in their own language non-stop so it's kinda disturbing... HOWEVER when a pair of white customers I remember that was a mother asking for SNS and kid wants nail art gel with cherry for nail art walked in they significantly dropped this behaviour and actually started to talk to customers, even after they finished communicating about nail designs, the staffs stop talking endlessly in their language... so they know it's inappropriate? I guess asian customers were not supposed to be respected then...
Called up first to check their availability before walking in. Got lucky when I arrived as someone had just finished up. Service was good and the technician was nice. They did a good job with matching what I wanted. I got Sns but the design had to be gel which meant the colours weren’t gonna match exactly which I wasn’t made aware until after the base Sns coats were done. They couldn’t find a gel version to match my pinky colour so I just went with the light pink. But had a known I would’ve also just did light pink on my pinky rather than the dark as they didn’t have a match colour. The match colour suggestions were a lilac than pink tones. Cost me: $40 for Sns $30 for design $10 for 2 extensions $5 for different colours
Excellent service. Always been impressed with the work they do. It takes a lil while but its beyond perfection. The staff is very welcoming and friendly.Highly recommend the place.
Got SNS nails done today and they did such an amazing job. Extremely professional service. They do get a lot of footfall though so I would recommend booking an appointment in advance. Extremely reasonably priced too :
