My kids loved the new playground and little nature walk - a 200m easy track where even the littlest people can enjoy. Really well done, with toilets and BBQ facilities and a basketball hoop for the older kids.
Great place to visit. Bushland centre not open on weekends however lots of picnic tables & soon to be new playground. Fantastic suburban bushwalk - lots of wildlife- bats, birds, butterflies, goanna & wallabies - creeks, formed paths or dirt tracks to follow. We did an 8.5km hike but walks can be as short or as long as you prefer. Family & dog friendly
Such a lovely spot ! Undercover table & seats, bbq, toilet amenities, Filtered water fountain and a fantastic nature themed playground. We enjoyed a packed picnic and then took the kids on the forest trails for exploration. A great place to spend a grounding afternoon.
Great Christmas evening under the stars. Good bbq facilities, playground and shaded grassy area for picnics. Toilets and parking available along with filtered water!
Well presented info centre with good displays. Something for all age groups inside. Met some friendly ladies running activities for kids. Picnic tables are right next to the play area, its a shady spot. Lots of fun walks leave from here, its a favourite of ours. Highly recommend.
We visited the centre as part of a school excursion and we were blown away. We all learnt heaps of new facts about insects and our environment. We loved getting to create different types of insects out of clay, getting to see different creatures up close and going exploring ourselves. Our family is excited to go back again. We are so impressed to have such a great free resource so close to home.
Scooter friendly , clean tidy smooth foot path all around. Pleanty of circut tracks to choose from. Nice playground with toilets and BBQ areas. Not overly populated like other parks, would make a good place for a family get together
Lovely piece of preserved bushland. Families can go in a bush walk. There is a playground with swings, slide, pretend cafe with register.
There is an amazing playground here, a big shade sail you can sit under, and a few undercover picnic tables. There are short walks and not so short walks to be had in the adjoining forest, plus you can get 2 free native plants if you bring in your rates notice
Nice place, very good for spending time with children and families. After 7 moth we come back here. And it is change a lots. Now place looks even better. Playground awesome
