I have recently interacted with Brad regarding a house he has been selling. If you're looking for what modern mysogyny and white male entitlement look like I would highly recommend engaging his services. I have never seen one man make so many people uncomfortable and irritated so quickly. His communication style is to ignore you, cut you off and talk over you. I could not recommend this real-estate less.
Seamless Sale. Joe, Tyrone and Georgia did a wonderful job selling my property in Mayfield. They gave me lots of wonderful advice and were only too happy to help me where they could. Above and Beyond. As all potential sellers, I went to market for an agent and spoke to a few key players. Bradley gave me honest market appraisal and with his experience, he outperform my expectations. Further, Bradly had the difficult challenge of helping me organise trades to repair some issues in my bathroom. Bradley took the lead and organised all the different parties to ensure the property could get onto market asap. Would highly recommend his services. He made what can be quite a stressful experience, feel like a breeze.

I would happily recommend them to anyone, Alison in particular brings a wealth of knowledge and experience that gives me confidence we are in good hands.
Consummate͏ professional with great approach and excellent market knowledge I recently went through the process of selling my parents’ house. Bradley spent the time to sit down with us and explain his style and how he would go about marketing and selling the old house. He suggested realistic price guides and was very helpful with organising access to the house for cleaning and disposal teams to get the property into a suitable condition for sale, even when we were remote in another city. Bradley’s team handled it all. We were very happy with the price achieved in a dipping market.
Very rude agent. Alison is the worst manager we’ve ever deal with. New agent but acting like she knew everything about property we rented. We never had problem with the agent before her. Thanks God we dont have to deal with her anymore
