Disgraceful wait times.  Had to cancel following appointment with another local medical practitioner.  Must be a very greedy model their bosses ask the nurses to work to?  They’ll not see me again simply can’t afford to waste my and other businesses time like this.

People always complain that I have a thin vein and it is difficult to get. Today I went to Balgolaw and Judith took it easily making me feel super comfortable. Gratitude for excellent service.

Passive aggression from receptionist to another staff member in front of myself. Person doing test took far longer to do test than other 2 DHM centres in French's forest for the same test. Seemed anxious and stressed out. Perhaps due to receptionist having a go at them.

Yes it is small however it is super efficient. I've never been serviced so quickly, both waiting time and collection time. The nurse who treated me was also super friendly and quick. The customer number system is a great idea. Peter C

Horrible service the ladies their spoke to us in a very rude manner. Acted like they knew everything and everyone else was dumb. No toilets aswell which is concerning as they deal with sick people.

Tiny premises. Rang for appointments. They work on first come basis. Advised me to get there at 8.00am. When I arrived the little ywaiting room was crowded with customers. Stood at counter for some time . No reception staff appeared. So walked out.
