My first time here but not my last. Was in town for the football and this restaurant was recommended by a friend so thought I would give it a try - Normally head to San Carlo which is close by. Had oysters and Lobster Linguini both were amazing. The other guest had steak and they were overjoyed with their meals. The decor was incredible the toilets were spotless. Quite an extensive menu so you wouldn't be left wanting that's for sure. Most importantly the staff were impeccable and could not do enough to help they all had great understanding of the menu. We were late and thankfully they pushed back our table even though we didn't advise them that we would be. Worth noting this restaurant is very popular and was at full capacity so please book in advance. Big thank you
The place is very spaceuos, fancy furnished and really pleasant to have drink or food with family, business partners a little bit noisy though. The food is really delicious. All served fast and with a smile from the staff. Go there and enjoy it!
We had a lovely family meal here last weekend, the food was amazing a little cold for my liking but great service from attentive staff and overall very nice.
A friends Birthday lunch. We had visited in December and enjoyed it so much we decided to return in January for our friends birthday. Food was 50% off during January which was great news but quality and service was still excellent. The restaurant is an old bank and retains many architectural features and fabulous chandeliers. It's all beautifully decorated, lovely fabrics on the upholstery and nicely presented tables. All the staff are friendly and welcoming too. We hope to return for other occasions in the future and introduce other friends to this dining venue.
I went on a Saturday night so it was packed with beautiful people! I sat by the bar, the VIBES were BANGIN, the music was loud, The cocktails and drinks were beautiful, the Bartenders made my night! Though they were short-staffed and overworked they were still friendly and I don't know what your paying them but you should probably give the bar manager and the younger bartender I think his name was Micheal a RAISE!
I explained my mum had dementia discreetly to the lady who booked us in, I asked for a quiet table and she put us in a booth and explained to our waiting on staff the situation. They were unbelievably attentive and understanding, gave us so much more time to choose our menus and brought mum a dessert of her choosing not on the menu and didn't charge for it. Always amazing visiting this restaurant but our first time bringing mum and would do so again as she struggles at time but all the staff made it so much easier and the food as ever was superb love love love this place and thank you to Anna for making it very special today Vegetarian options: Menu is extensive

My friend and I visited yesterday for her belated Birthday lunch. As we had been here before and loved it, it was a no brainer that we visited again , and we weren't disappointed at all . From the moment you walk in you are made to feel so welcome. We had a cocktail at the bar and again , staff where really lovely . We then went for our meal , we where looked after by the lovely Anna , she was very attentive and you could have a laugh with her . Food was lovely, compliments to the chefs . All in all yet again a lovely experience in such fabulous surroundings. Well done everyone.
We were in Liverpool this weekend and staying nearby. We turned up impromptu and managed to get a table for 4. What a pleasure, a beautiful building with central bar. Lovely decor but more importantly the food was superb and service excellent. We would definitely recommend, thank you to all the staff from the waitresses to the behind the scene kitchen staff too.
My family recently celebrated my daughter's 18th birthday here. From the glass of prosecco she was presented with, to the dessert, complete with candle, on the hand-decorated plate, my daughter was made to feel very special. The food and cocktails! were absolutely delicious, the service was fantastic and everyone had a very enjoyable evening. We will definitely return. Thank you.
