I was unsure at first when our work booked us to Dougg Bros, a pizza place. My first time there. But I immediately googled them, was pleased to see their menu online and even more pleasantly surprised to see a vegan gluten free section both for mains and dessert! Yay! In drinks, being nonalcoholic and non soda drinker, I could order my hot water with fresh lemon - it was beautiful! Friendly, warm staff very beautifully presented food. Overall, a very pleasant experience. The lovely lady who served us was mindful and kept me informed of what shared starters were gluten free and not. Thank you .. Some of the vegetarian pizzas on the table..
Wow! This place is off the hook good. Jake offered to sort out our menu with his selection of the best places and that was a really inspired decision because he was absolutely on point. A couple of pizzas one mushroom with truffle oil and one with cured pork plus braised brisket and salad. So good!! Thanks team xx
Great tasting pizzas, and didn't disappoint. Awesome staff, and the restaurant was clean and tidy. Great experience and the toppings on the pizza were delicious.
Compliment: Hi Dough Bro Managers.......The staff were lovely, friendly, always wore a smile and readily available, the food was MINT!, tables cleared in orderly fashion, food brought out without feeling like we were starving although we were all [eagerly awaiting] our desserts and [felt] that took the longest haha meaning we were impatient as we'd heard such good comments about the desserts and they were freaking YUM! We had been told about the FAMOUS Marshmallow & Chocolate Mousse, hence the reason for the big booking last night very sorry about that too - Totally worth every licked clean of the spoon after every bite and savoured moment looking at the dessert thinking "Oh no! there's not much left" lol. If not the whole team, I and a few others will be back for dinner and mostly the dessert Marshmallow & Chocolate Mousse. Great food has the tasting menu a sample of everything good local beers and friendly staff restaurant a wee bit cold but food makes up for it.
Food is great, the kids DIY pizzas are fun. Staff always friendly.
We have been going to Dough Bros since it opened. Delicious food, and it's never been a disappointment. They love using local products with their food and you can taste it. They even have a vegan friendly menu. Except this last time the service was a bit poor. We loved what we ordered, our server just seemed really busy doing other things. Can get a bit busy so making a reservation can be really helpful.
Ended up here after a rude experience with another restaurant which clearly did not want to serve children. I must say, that was a blessing in disguise. The pizza was excellent. The service was exceptional and we were made to feel welcome by all. Highly recommend the meatball pizza and chicken wings. Great place.
Delicious wood fired pizza set in a clean, neat open spaced restaurant. The manager was happy to offer us an outside table upon our request and the service was ok but nothing special. Perfect little spot to go on a date or a causal night out. The P.G. Orange wine didn't quite hit the mark and would reccomend opting for a local beer or simply sticking to water.
I was all set to give 5 stars for this restaurant until I realised we had been charged $10 for 1 litre of sparkling water which appeared to be offered as complimentary. The vegetarian dishes I ordered were delicious although quite expensive. Friendly and helpful service from waitresses. Hopefully the management will do something about the sparkling water issue as this marred an otherwise delightful experience.
