I really don’t understand the high rating of this place… poor service probably the worst I’ve experienced on the Gold Coast, expensive, no facilities and on a parking lot… When we arrived, we received no hello, no smile from the 3 ladies; everything to make you feel not welcomed. The ‘Cold Pressed’ juice “Health” $8.5, served in a plastic cup with a plastic straw non compostable nor recycled in 2022!!, was only ice cubes and had no flavour… The special mushroom burger which was the only vegan option available thanks to the chef who swapped the milk bun for 2 toasts was tasty and fresh but not worth $24! They have no bathroom, I asked if I could use the seat bench to change my child on our own mat + blanket, they said no so I had to do it on the ground outside… And they laughed at me. Of course I’ll never come back, won’t recommend and I hope they change waiter/management at some point as it is the only restaurant near Rackley swimming-pool… Such a shame!
The first pic is the onion bagel with cream cheese - $9. Extra scrambled eggs - $5?! Extra mushrooms - $3. Second pic is poached eggs on toast. $10.75. 1 slice of toast? Really? Third pic is Garlic Mushrooms. $18.50. It was tasty enough. But the prices are a joke. So many other places in Miami that do food of equal quality, but cheaper. The fact that it's a cafe in a parking lot, with no view, these prices baffle me even more...
This beautiful venue is the perfect place for a post beach fuel up and to come down to relax and set the pace for your day. With a comprehensive all day breakfast and lunch menu and a dog friendly policy, this was an amazing way to recharge and prepare for another perfect Queensland day. The rustic avocado is a personal favourite with just enough acidity in the texture to give the whole thing a great bite. A must see if your in the area
I’m so glad I found this place! The girls here are super chilled super friendly and go the extra mile! Good is outstanding! very Melbourne and the coffee, best in the area. Highly recommend! And girls, keep up the good work!
Great cosy and casual vibe. Was seated quickly. Heaps of choices to eat. Portion was very generous and the coffee was just right
The place was packed on Sunday Morning which was a lovely affirmation and helped anticipate the quality of brekki that we were going to eat! The service is friendly however where you order, gets congested as some people take a lifetime to order. Be considerate and decide before you line up. The wait for our food was forgivable because the place was busy and buzzing, adding to a great atmosphere. My mate and I used the time to catch up. The plateing of brekki looked amazing. However there were a few requests that obviously not recorded when we ordered. I noted these, and started on a yummy delicious food experience and a coffee not as I ordered it, but really did not matter in the end. It was a really great coffee. This place has everything right. Great food, Great atmosphere, and Friendly service all at a very reasonable price. These out weighed the little requests that were not apparent in the food and coffee. I could easily make this my new brekki place and fully deserves the business. I love the fact that is tucked away in Meramid Waters. Fully worth every cent and the drive to get there. Thank you for making a good brekki without a pretentious this and that, which can can clutter a good morning experience. There we some other things on the menu that I am definitely going back to try. 5 stars well deserved !
Amazing ambience but the food is a bit meh and the Brazilian/south American/Portuguese waitress that served us was not interested at all and quite rude. I would rate lower but the guy at the counter boosted the rating by 2 stars.
Loved my açaí bowl I had for breakfast here! It’s one of the best I’ve had in Gold Coast!! The staff was super friendly as well. Would definitely recommend checking this spot out.
What a find.. . ! A pretty ordinary little shopping plaza but this is an excellent cafe. A few seats outside in the shade and near the car park but that's ok as it's not very busy....but the food and service is excellent. I had the chicken and bacon hash....great value, plenty of it and filling...recommended!...but I could have chosen many items off the menu too....
I absolutely love this cafe! The staff are so lovely, the food is amazing, coffee is excellent, my kids love coming here too, such a great atmosphere.Food: 5/5
