I was serve today by a lovely casual that was helping me with clothing and the socks. From a distance the manager was cleaning the outdoor windows and screamed at the young casual while she was serving me. I thought it was absolute poorly management service from her. The shop was full of customers and she did not go in to help but was happy to scream from out side the shop to her to see if she was surviving.
Was served by such a lovely guy named Skyler. Great service!!!!
Great place for younger girls to shop from Good variety of clothing at value for money Good staff and a good retail experience which is necessary in this highly competitive retail environment Would totally recommend!
Had to return a couple of faulty pants and the girls Brooke and Jas were super helpful getting me new pairs. They were so lovely and happy to help!
Extremely slow service at both the change room and cash register. Both queues atleast 12 deep. Staff have no sense of urgency and zero customer service skills to top it off!

always love going into Dotti, clothes are always cute and i love the selection, love that the clothes are not over priced, and the staff are always friendly, helpful and never rude. Just a great overall experience.
