Went for dinner with my two friends , we are not given choice to sit but they order us to sit according to them. We had to wait for ten minutes to get the menu and when we got the menu it was messy with stain on it. It took more than 30 minutes to get our order when we got our order the Pani Puri has got very less masala in it . food quantity was very less but the taste was good. Service was very slow and the girl was very rude . I’m giving two star for food .
Dosa plaza. Good service. Did not have much customers. Masala dosa and paneer schezwan noodles are delicious. Vada pav was okay but small in size. Paneer Manchurian was tasty but only had 4 bits of paneer in it. Tried the sweet coconut dosa for something different . Wasn’t great at all. The dosa was crispy and great but the filling of jaggery and bit of shredded coconut was a let down. Prices are reasonable.
Excellent place- authentic quality, hygiene, price probably best in Perth, location and fast service. Was intrigued to see how could some of the reviewers published such negativity. First visit inspired to bring another family friend and tried different items. All were excellent. Took time to speak with the owner too. Found him professional, well mannered and friendly. Highly recommend to visit Dosa Plaza without hesitation.
They did not have Wada! And the Mysore uttapam was with capsicum and no gunpowder!!! The sambar was just watery veggies and no taste
Food was alright. Upside: little Aussie guy name Jake - amazing kid who was the only one serving to the Dining room full of people. Good on you Jake.... keep it up the good work. Down side... price matches quality of food... many customers walked away due to lack of serving staff..
Foods not expected level, came all the way from kelmscott to have supper as soon as done with the table I was terribly felt bad. Guess foods are not fresh such as “idly” “panneer curry” even “thosai” brought to the table after sometimes. If you are origin from Srilanka, India, south Asian or looking for spicy then change your plan, avoid dining here.
Waited for 45 min to be told that some of the items we ordered were not available. Later we placed few more dishes and it took another 30 min and we had to cancel it as it was never going to be delivered. Total rip-off, the owner should be ashamed to run a restaurant like this and rip-off people's time and hard earned money. There were two young kids who was waitering and they tried their best to serve the customer to the best of their abilities. Food quality was extremely poor.
Indian Restaurant with a modern flair. Went on Sunday lunch time. Only one staff member to serve at the time. Finally placed order and initially got a first dishes in about 20 minutes. Then placed an order for some more dishes, the waitress then came back said not available, then made another order and the same thing not available. In the end only one dish out of the 7 was served. We asked to speak to the manager and avoided coming out. When we went to pay the bill, the manager came out. He said that they had a busy night and hence nothing left! The waitress had to go around telling other tables that dishes were not available. Also said no time to get more stock. Had no apology, no discount on the bill and then stormed off into the kitchen. Did not have Onion Baji, a simple Indian dish! An Indian Restaurant with no onion, is like a Italian Restaurant without pasta! Poor attitude, 1 poor waitress to serve 10 people, better to have closed the restaurant than have nothing to serve. Also should have had more staff to serve. With owners poor attitude, long wait time, no food would not go back!
Disappointed disappointed disappointed. Can’t choose much. Stupid $14.99 all you can eat option only, 7 items only to choose from. When your items do arrive they are small portions and lacking in all flavours and taste. Takes hours to get served and items to arrive. This place is a rip off Don’t Waste Your Money. Satay away! Thanks for the response, it's all about you you you. There was no celebration of food and no filling in your dosa, if people have left without paying then that's due to poor food quality and bad attitude from short bald man. There's plenty of bald reviews too so we can't all be wrong. You need to fix up or get out! Vegetarian options: Taste horrible
Its a really bad experience. Staff was good but the owner of the restaurant is really rude, arrogant and insult the customers. Restaurant was supposed to close at 02:30 pm and we reached there at 01:30 pm. We ordered the food, was waiting for food and after some time we realise that food we ordered may not be enough for us and i went back to kitchen at 02:00 pm to order more food and owner says straight away said that he cannot make food now and starts yelling on his staff that why she is taking order. I feel pity for that girl. Strongly recommend you not to go there and waste your money.
