Extremely disappointing experience with Dosa Hut Pakenham.nnThe food quality was very poor. The chicken was badly burnt, dry, and tasted bitter. We paid $25 for Chicken Lollipops and received only 5 pieces, yet every piece was heavily overcooked and burnt. After trying them, we couldn’t eat the rest and ended up throwing most of them away. The attached photo clearly shows the quality we received.nnWe also ordered both chicken curry and paneer curry. It seemed like the same oily, overly spicy gravy was used for both dishes. The chicken curry contained only 4 very small pieces of chicken in a large amount of gravy, which was very poor value for money.nnI would strongly recommend avoiding this place. Instead of spending your hard-earned money here, choose another restaurant that offers both quality and quantity.nnThe most disappointing part is that food like this gives people the wrong impression of Indian cuisine. Indian food is known for its flavour, quality, and variety, but experiences like this only hurt its reputation.nnDefinitely not worth the money, and I won’t be ordering from here again.
Always had such beautiful food from dosa hut but unfortunately tonight, my butter chicken was FULL of bones. Every piece had bones. Left picking out all these tiny bones to eat my dinner. Thankfully my kids aren’t eating it! The dish it self tastes beautiful, but the bones are very off-putting
Various types ok Dosa. But make sure you go way befire the closing time. Sometimes they might run out of Wada. I visited lately about 45 min before the closing time. My craving for wada and falooda was couldn't succeeded before they didn't have them. Can't blame them too. nAnyway a good place to have dosas around Pakenham. Price is reasonable too.
Horrible experience. We ordered catering service and the packaging done was soo bad, the red chutney tub opened up in our car boot and was a mess.nSpending so much money and this happening right before the party we were hosting.nIt took half a day to clean the car and the smell still lingers.nReally bad service.
Had the rava dosa at Dosa Hut - Indian Multi Cuisine Restaurant and it was absolutely delicious.nnThe dosa was exactly how rava dosa should be thin, crisp, and perfectly textured. Not thick, not heavy, and definitely not like those maida-style dosas some places serve won’t name names.nnIf you really want dosa that tastes like dosa, this is the place to go. Highly recommended
