*Disappointing Experience at Dosa Hut Aspley*nnI'm extremely disappointed with my recent visit to Dosa Hut on 12th August 2024, around 8 pm. My family and I went there for dinner, excited to try their South Indian cuisine. Unfortunately, the experience turned out to be a nightmare.nnWe ordered 2 starters and 2 Chicken Ghee Roast Biryani's. The starters were just okay, but the biryani's were a disaster. The moment we took a bite, we knew something was off. The excessive masala overpowered the entire dish, making it inedible. We suspected that the unfresh chicken was masked by the overpowering spices.nnWe brought this to the attention of the staff and the chef, hoping they would take corrective action. However, they refused to listen, claiming that it was their standard recipe and refused to make any changes. We were shocked by their response and left the restaurant without eating the biryani's.nnThe lack of concern for customer satisfaction and the refusal to take responsibility for the subpar food quality was appalling. I will never be visiting this place again and would advise others to think twice before going to Dosa Hut. The poor food quality and indifferent staff make it a place to avoid.
Ashwin is the best!!! He was super helpful in recommending the dishes and the dishes he recommended was so good!! He checked if we enjoyed the meal and gave us the best service ever in australia! Thank you Ashwin & Dosa Hut, I'll definitely be a regular, food was just way too good!!
Good food, good vibe and friendly staff. Food is really authentic and taste really good. We enjoyed going there 3 times a month. Thanks to Dosa hut chef and manager Ashwin.
Great prices for food and extensive menu! We ordered 70mm dosa, butter chicken, naan, tandoori, idly and it was so delicious! The chutney very authentic! Definitely recommend
Good food and service. Lots of seating options and have parking around. Nothing exceptional but a good option for Indian food. Tried the chicken 64 biryani and also paneer dosa. Dosa was ok not what I’m used to eating in the south India
