Never again. My friend from adelaide spent $90 on flowers for my birthday. The roses were dying that night and within 2 days looked like a two week old arrangement. My friend phoned them and told them the problem so they wanted them left at the door to see the proof. He asked for a credit on the Monday as I was going away. They delivered the new bouquet on the Thursday 2 days before going away so I cannot enjoy these flowers either. They did not ask him anything about the credit or when I wanted the flowers delivered. They said the first lot were 'faulty'??. DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS LOT.

Ordered flowers online facilitating the Petals Florist Network System. Was important to get flowers that day for impact. Ordered at 1240pm well before the 2pm cutoff for same day delivery. As hadnt heard anything had to ask the recipient if they recieved any flowers [thought they may have been stolen]. No flowers arrived. Called florist and was told that they were only given order from PFN at 3pm and stated couldnt do it. Rang Petals Florist Network who said that they sent through 3 email orders and reminders to Dorothys and had to finally chase up with a phone call. They said Dorothys had not been checking their account regularly and fault was with the florist. No call was made to me to inform me of any delays. Very disappointing and frustrating especially considering the cost of the arrangement and the fact the surprise was now lost. Would NOT recommend ordering flowers online through either of these companies.
