Such disgraceful service. Telling my 80 year old mother to fast from 8 till 4 for home visit then I take her into one of the clinic and her refferal isn't there, then we wait another hour trying to find her refferal and being put on hold for almost an hour on fone is just unacceptable . Disgraceful and never again will i use their service .
Not sure why they think they are entitled to park in the only disabled car spot at an ACF when there were other car spots available. You are able bodied so walk.

There's a very rude staff member on the phone. Rude tone. Speaks over you repeatedly, then when you ask a question they get defensive and don't answer it. She definitely isn't suited to be employed there or anywhere.
My experience with the accounts team was terrible and i rarely give reviews like that cause I understand that some days are bad but going through the reviews about a male with an accent, it seems that this hasn't been resolved yet.nnThe nurses were great but the experience to simply get an invoice receipt has and still is, difficult. Apparently there was a system issue that prevented an automated invoice to be sent a month ago, but without any courtesy calls or email notifications about it. Instead, we called back a few times for this to be resolved, which it hasnt. Honestly, how difficult is it to print/send an email copy of the invoice receipt?nnEither train him, fix his attitude or get rid of him. Cause dorevitch, this is my last time requesting for your services or paying your invoices. If you don't fix this issue with one rude fella ruining your reputation, then by hook or by crook, your business will be in trouble.
