The food was authentic & just good old fashion European comfort food. Very tasty flavours of Austria & Germany. I definitely recommend the Pork Knuckle. Washed down with a very refreshing Mango Wheat Beer.
Fantastic Bavarian cuisine. Bernhard was a very welcoming host, the preztels not pictured were simply amazing. The pork knuckle was delicious and tender and the schnitzel was crispy and light. Washed down with some delightful imported brews, we will be back.
Mid week dinner while on business. About as authentic as you could get. Also excellent quality food and good beer too. The small beer garden was an excellent location on a warm evening. Veal schnitzel was as good as any I've had in Germany and the Bauernschmaus was better. Berhard loves his work! Can't wait go go back.
Partner and I both ordered exactly the same meal, a rib eye steak. Both strangely tasted different significantly, we both agreed mine was much better. Both hoping the meat she received wasn't old, as we both are some of it, but ultimately shared mine.
We SO enjoyed our meals here. Tasty and as far as I could tell authentic German food. Friendly service and a really nice vibe The photos don't do the food justice :-/

They really should update the website. Been thinking about Lamb shanks for a good week. They don't do them any more! Food and service were great! Highly recommend it!
