AVOID THIS COMPANY...TERRIBLE SERVICE! From start to finish, nothing but a nightmare. Went in for a consultation in September 2017. Ordered three doors (a new front door, a bi-fold door and a sliding door). Nothing but headaches. February 2018 and the issues still haven't been sorted. I ordered a stained front door and was given a raw door. Ordered a wood grain bi-fold door, and for some reason someone had put through a white bi-fold. And as for the sliding door, the door opening was measured incorrectly and as such the wrong size door was sent to the premises three times, the final one in a filthy condition, like a small child had put their dirty hands all over it. Repeatedly got told the door/doors were going to get installed on a particular day, wait around and no one shows up. To make things worse, when the bi-fold door was installed, the fitter damaged the plaster wall and wouldn't take responsibility for it, and neither would the store manager. Tried to say that's part of the process and it was my responsibility to patch up and re-paint the wall. A complete bunch of bull when I've forked out $4500 for their services. Doors Plus in Campbellfield is a joke. Some of the employees are quite helpful, but the store manager couldn't manage to order the numbers 1 to 10 into order. NO Fuss my A@#!!

Excellent Service. Great sense of ownership and satisfaction focused service. They proved it right that my decision for choosing Door Plus was a right decision. I went to the Campbellfield Store and Mandy answered all my questions professionally and got me the installation date with in a week. Door installer Keith was very professional and answered all my questions as i wanted to know a lot about maintenance. Peep hole was missing on installation day but i was so impressed to see their service and rectification of the issue as they installed the peep hole next day's morning without giving me any inconvenience. This means Doors plus really care for their customers and show sense of ownership.

Thank you to Jacob for your amazing advice and customer service. My experience has been exceptionally outstanding and I’m very happy with the outcome of my new doors. They have been installed perfectly and I would highly recommend Doors Plus.

I accept that it's odd for someone to wish to buy bi-fold and take them on that day. I have now been update this is not normal. Howevery to get home and open the box of parts for the bi-fold to find handled were not matching and very cheap roles was not helpfully. We could tell they were having issues finding parts and taken from display stock. I was OK with this as I was after all parts on a Sunday for install on the same day. We also found doors were not squire when we installing ourself at home - and we had confirm it was the door not the building/ doorway. I would like to stay good things but in this occasion I cannot.

We wanted to install a new front door before going out of town, and ordered a front door for installation, paid in full and scheduled a date. The installer was supposed to show up at 9am, when he hadn't shown up by 10am, we rang to be told that he would definitely come at 6pm the same day. He did not show up that day, nor did anyone from the company contact us for the next 10 days to apologise or re-schedule. Shockingly poor service. They don't seem to want the business, so I went and cancelled the order and got a full refund.
