More than happy with the service received by the Sales reps at Springvale. We purchased a white fibreglass external side garage door. David was the sales rep we dealt with at the time but I can't recall the other sales rep name but he was quite friendly and suggesting a sooner time for our door installation Saturday quotation and come Monday door installati on we were soo lucky to have a quick turnaround . Glenn the carpenter that came out today was awesome very diligent with the installation of the door was even able to get the old locks had on the old door installed on this new one which was great can't thank you enough for that! Thanks team at Springvale !
Deelipa at Doors Plus Springvale helped us to choose our new black bifold doors. We are absolutely thrilled with the result. The light and style have transformed the room. Bill did the installation and did a wonderful job. So professional, friendly and tidy to boot!
Everything was great, from the initial engagement to selection, deposits, etc. I came in knowing what I wanted with all the measurements. I understand they get a contractor to do the work, but this was quite upsetting to see the quality of the work afterwards. Walls dented slightly, marks all over and part of the frame needed to be cut, but is not straight. I suggest putting up some cloths or something before you get work done, or if you have time, babysit the job. Not a direct reflection of Doors Plus, but nonetheless still a reflection. *EDIT* I have emailed them as per below. Still have not heard back, not a good sign for after service care.
More than satisfied with the end product, not so impressed with the time to deliver customer specified sized double doors, door frame, and door furniture. However, we were advised at order it would take up to 16 weeks for delivery - Still a long time to wait! The removal of old door / frame and Installation of new was prompt and no fuss. The process of buying the door was very quick and simple and the gentleman who served me, I think his name was David, was warm and friendly. Delivery was quick as I changed my order based on what was in stock and arrived 48 hours later and was partially installed. There was an issue with the handle and it had to be replaced, however the door worked so I was OK with waiting a day for it to be fully completed. The installer did muck up and installed the wrong hinges and almost the wrong hardware, I order matt black and he went to install chrome. So the hinges don't match but it's not that obvious. All in all I would happily recommend Doors Plus.
I ordered an internal glass door for my home. Bill the carpenter did a great job fitting the door and went the extra mile with amending the door frame to get the exact look I was after. Received really great service from Deelipa from Doors Plus Springvale too. He was so helpful and answered my many questions and took me through a range of options that aligned to what I was after. Thanks Doors Plus!
Looking for a new laundry door, fortunately I went to doors plus. Salesperson Urvish offered a package, door, hardware painting , and installation. Too easy, got a call from the installer Brendon with an installation time that was as stated. Door was fitted perfectly received a deadlock as well. As advertised no fuss.
I am sorry to say that the experience with Doors Plus has been less than satisfactory. The door does not appear to have been hung correctly, there was a mess left behind, the old door was left in the toilet, etc. After contacting the office on several occasions, my displeasure was ignored. I tried to call head office and the message service said the office was unattended. I made an online complaint which I thought was going to head office and unticked the box that asked if I wanted to receive the "Living Guide". Guess what I received in about 15 minutes!!!!!? My recommendation is DO NOT USE DOORS PLUS. Also know that their terms are 90% payment on order. Now I know why!
Just had 2 doors fitted from DOORS PLUS. Very happy with them. The young man who fitted them did a splendid job. Thank you Doors Plus & Chase.
Terrible service and sales experience. Ordered the wrong door panels, and wasted my 2 months waiting time. Promised to provide a delivery to make up but another 2 weeks are wasted. Won’t doing business with this cheap shop any more. Strongly unreliable staff.
