Excellent coffee and fast friendly service. Also gave me an ice cold water on a really hot day which some cafes make you pay for. I always come here, manager is eager to please customers but needs to chill, a relaxed happy and not stressed manager makes for an enjoyable customer experience.
The manager here is incredibly rude to his poor young staff, every time I go there and it’s often, my kids love a donut he is ALWAYS yelling at them or talking down to them. Donut King should expect better, men like that should not be running food stores. Better yet someone needs to educate him how to speak to his employees not bark at them like a dogs!
What a great place to catch up with friends. So very sad and upset they had to close. Not happy. Wish everyone who worked at donut king keilor all the best. You have no idea how much you are missed. Keilor shopping centre not the same
Went to Keilor downs central today had Delicious fresh donuts, Chai latte it was amazing , really friendly and helpful staff will be back soon #greatcoffee #hotfreshcinnomonndonuts #yumm
There is one young girl who is either too mentally young or she is just lazy, everytime we have gone she has said they aren't making milkshakes or hotdogs because they are closing soon. It was 4:20 and they close at 5:30. It's a joke
Coffee and donuts are great here, but even better when served by Miriam. She is an absolute gem working for DK over the last 20 years. Always polite, and cheerful. Not the same with the new help who took my order, forgot to make my coffee, saw me waiting and still did not do anything about it. Not even an apology. Thank goodness for Miriam who stepped in, and made me a lovely coffee.
Rick and the girls at this donut king sure know how to make some tasty hot cinnamon donuts!! Cooked to perfection with the right amount of sugar and cinnamon! Thank you so very much! You kept the whole family very happy :

99.9% of the time the staff are friendly, the donuts are fresh and the coffees/shakes are delicious but.. Some time ago I ordered two coffees for myself and my mate, he took a sip and realised that no sugar was in it. When my mate mentioned to the girl at the counter about the drink, she look frustrated, didn’t apologise and instead persisted him to give it a try anyway!
Amazing customer service, always cooking fresh cinnamon donuts to order. Coffee was brilliant nice and hot. Never had a bad experience here and I've been coming here for years. Highly recommend!
