Specifically requested a "HOT" hot dog. It was cold in the middle and my Grand daughter said it tasted disgusting. The reason for only 2 stars is the response I received when I told the staff member. She argued the point that that she had made it hot. I told her it was cold & the cheese wasn't melted to which another staff member said "the cheese never melts" Won't be going back and wasting money again here.
Located in the food court. Have pre-booked donut cakes several times over the years as the kids love the idea, sweet and simple and some novelty donuts look great for kids parties. However I am disappointed with the service as of late.
Very rude staff at this place. This seems clear impression of racism. One of my colleague visited this store last week and they also experienced the same. No matter how good the donuts are but if they cannot treat their customers properly than it’s not worth to go here again.
Extremely rude customer service, staff member visibly annoyed by myself and my husbands presence as a customer, gave us a dirty look, eye roll and sighed when we arrived at the counter. They had turned off the donut machine over half an hour before closing. I can’t believe the lack of manners this particular young girl had a total smug look on her face and “I don’t care” attitude. 23/04/23.
Surcharges for using contactless payments is a big NO. One should not be charged extra for paying by card. Another place off the list of go to places. What is wrong with people and why can't they see that it is wrong. No it still hasn't changed.
Wide range of donuts. Must go there if you love donuts. In the middle of the foodcourt near myer. You’ll never miss it. Right in front of kfc. The color of their setup is so catchy that I couldnt resist going there. Love it. Will come back again.
Staff members have no respect for their customers.... really loss of words....how can one be so rude....Never will visit them again...and why one star. I give you guys ZERO... pathetic.
Im disappointed with the doughnuts that I purchased yesterday. It wasnt the same doughnuts that i usually get, perfectly shaped ones. This time, i got thw ugly ones which they shouldnt be giving it away to customers. Ive worked with a doughnut shop before so i know how it should be. Next time I will make sure to get my receipt so that your head office will know.
Visited them today with family....these people have no manners to talk. Why are you running operations if you don't have the decency to talk...might as well close operations.
A lovely spot on the Richmond River. The food was nice and the staff were friendly
