I have been dealing with Aussie Ice and now Bells Ice since they took over the company and the service has gone down hill since they took over. Last xmas and January out of ice for most of that time. Excuse very busy good enough for me to support them all year to be let down when ice is needed. Guess what this year looks no different 4 phone calls and promises, here it New Year’s Eve and still no ice for the last 3 days. Des Brown
Ethically and morally this company is at the bottom end of the scale. I was coerced to come on board and then after I started the goal posts were shifted and they discarded me like an old piece of clothing. The Transport Manager in Melbourne is a very poor excuse for a manager and was rude and obnoxious.
Terrible company, rude drivers, sends paid invoices from 4 months ago as not paid, terrible accounts department, do yourself a favour and find another supplier
