The Donnybrook Motel is quite basic. You cannot get food there, they provide rooms only. Rooms were clean spacious and comfortable. The beds, although queen size, were comfy and afforded us a good sleep. The usual amenities were available except for shampoo and conditioner. I did not need laundry done, so do not know if laundry facilities were available. I did see a clothesline in use. Good sized parking spaces were available for each room. It is the only Motel in town and is preferable to the Hotel which has a shared bathroom.nWe were happy with our room.nnDisliked · The pool and pool area were uninviting, we had planned to enjoy a dip and a glass of wine poolside but upon arriving read in the instructions that pool towels are NOT available AND you cannot use the room towels for the pool. This should be noted on the website. The untidy pool area and the green brown water also dissuaded us from using the pool. Wine glasses in the room were dirty and needed washing before use. There is no shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom. The air conditioner is the old type and makes some noise which may pose a problem to those who are sensitive to noise.
Lovely clean room with everything you need. I would use the motel again. It has a connecting door that has twin beds for families. Easy check-in. Easy parking. Great motel. They had breakfast and dinner, but I didn't do that, so I could not comment. They do have microwave toaster jug coffee and sugar and tea in rooms too
Everything you would expect of a motel in this price range. Easy check in and out. Rooms were fine, comfy bed. I would have given another star if the rooms had some Apple decor. Change the art, maybe the curtains. If you want to go all out and make everything apple from the wall paper to the cups and bathroom tiles I will 100% be back for apple fest
My partner and I think the rooms Excellent, the Pools amazing. One night my partner and I where play fighting and didn't realise we were a bit loud, So understanding about it. Manager is gorgeous.nnThankyou,nCraig Wyatt & Terrence Draper
Pros : The person at the reception was quite polite. Room looks okay. It has a microwave, bar fridge, kettle not that great, smells weird , few wine glasses and few cups to drink water, Iron box, TV, Ac, WiFi, dryer, facilities. They provide fresh towels and soap. Cute bathroom with hot shower facility.nCons: My daughter while playing she dropped her toy and it fell under the bed. As we tried to get the toy we found a caterpillar in and two cockroaches at the corner of the bed. The corners are covered with cobwebs and few spiders.nWe felt very uncomfortable to sleep. Not happy.
