Heaps of stuff which is great but you can only buy with cash, no eftpos. The book range is probably as much as a small library though it is not arranged by author’s name or alphabetical order. So, it’s like a treasure hunt. I’d love to come back and take my time to go through each aisle but everything is quite messy unfortunately.
This is a message for the lovely lady asking about her gnomes. I didn’t find flo and pop but the area where they should be doesn’t look affected. Hopefully they are safe.nExcellent op shop, big and great for exploring. Got lots of treasures
My little girl was playing toys down the back the one of the old shop lady came to us and said: These toys are for sale not for you to play, if you make toys dirty then i can't sell it. Then she took all the toys away.nnWHAT A NASTY PERSONALITY!! Will never go back to that op shop again.
A while back I came to this op-shop, loved it. The lady was friendly and told me they DONT look at brand names or labels and always keep the price affordable. Today BARBRAH I believe her name was, was beyond NASTY!!! I found two containers that I was going to purchase, no price on them. When I got to the register I asked how much, the lovely lady with long hair said she wasn’t sure she said $8…. I thought old second hand containers $5…. BARBRAH came over said no $15 they are TUPPERWARE… I was like ohhh umm okay, no thanks…. I won’t have them! BARBRAH began to call me rude! Told me I need to take the containers back, that I shouldn’t expect them to put them back.. OMG! That was not a nice experience. If the lovely lady had of asked me I would have obliged but BARBRAH was nasty from the get go!nWhat ever happened to not looking at the name or brand of an item! I mean these containers are well over 30 years old… will never step foot in there again! Nasty nasty!
So disappointed I used to love this place! What the heck happened! Also cash only is off putting
