I received a voucher for a month of Yoga classes from my friend. It took me a couple of weeks till I got a spot for beginners soooo booked out. I signed in on my first class - there was NO verbal or written information from the receptionist about the T&C's of my membership - after 5 classes not even 2 weeks in I received a call form Donna Lee that my membership already expired as it was only for a month from the sale date - what a bulls***???Who does that??? I personally spoke to Donna about it but there is no customer service, either care for customers - just a pure business;/ wouldn't recommend at all
