It supposed to be open and my pizza ready by 10:30pm. Instead, closed door and minus $xx from my account. Commerce commission loves to deal with stuff like that. Avoid this place by any means. Hey, if you are the owner, I do not need your silly excuses below my feedback.
Store closes at 10:00pm daily except for Thursday where they close at 11:00pm, so don’t waste your time or petrol driving here to find they’re closed. If you do unfortunately order like so many others, don’t expect a call or apology. I ordered Saturday night, went to the store and it was closed - funds debited, no pizza, left hungry. The next day, I phoned and spoke to a lady who wasn’t the friendliest over the phone and seemed to enjoy cutting me off with her favourite word “actually”. The store will cancel your order and leave it at that, hoping their IT process refunds you your money within a week. If they don’t - you can go to the store and ask for your money back. But only if you wait a week and not the next day. Quick to take your $$$ and slow to give it back. Judging by the reviews, this isn’t the first time it’s happened and it’s been going on for at least a week or two. Staff shortages are to blame. Maybe try paying workers what they’re worth?
Terrible disgusting service. A few months ago, I put an order 7pm one night for delivery. I waited for an hour before deciding to call them up. When the girl finally answered she refused to acknowledge I had been waiting an hour and as I proceeded to talk about standards she hung up on me. This is the only place in Howick where I've given a negative review because of the horrendous customer service. The young girl that answered the phone initially refused to give me her boss's name. She refused to look into the details of my order and decided hanging up on a customer was the best course of action. This place obviously has no idea of customer service. While this happened a few months back and I am still not tempted to try their service based on that experience and from the feedback of other locals. I will gladly buy Dominos from another suburb than order from this lot. Kid-friendliness: they're rude and unaccomodating
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM OFF UBER EATS PASS 10PM. even though the app says they are open. wastes my money as uber didnt refund the whole fee!
Pizza what you expect although price increases are making me reconsider going there. Always late - even when you pre-order.Food: 3/5
This place is dreadful. Placed an order to pick up at 10.45am because they open at 10.30am. Waited till 11am and the store was still closed. They call at 11.37am asking why I hadn't collected my order. No apologies. Never going back to that place again.
These guys honestly make the best pizza for any Domino's!!! I have never been let down, straight to the point staff who remember me! Try them out and say Ben sent you lol
Absolutely terrible service. Was charged twice for my order. Called this store to get it sorted. Spoke to one person and they said they couldn’t help and to call later, called later and the woman I spoke with was so short with me, and eventually told me to call back in two days and hung up the phone. It’s been a week and still no refund. Will NEVER support this branch again, specifically because of that woman’s appalling customer service.
Placed my order at 10pm online, on Google it shows they close at 12am on Saturday. The website took the order cost from my account and failed to place the order. I called them right after only to be told that they are closed and I couldn't place an order. This has happened once before and they refund the money about 3 days later, but the money's gone until then. Why not just change the opening/closing times so that this doesn't happen rather than continue to do this? All it does is make people angry.
Very rude staff members, this one lady had a whole fight with me cause I called it peri peri mayo, my bad. It was quite disgusting the way the staff members spoke to me
