I have lived in nearly every state, and this is by far the best domino's I've had. Great staff, especially the manager, they have always taken care of me. I wish everywhere had customer service this brilliant. Cheers Vegetarian options: On point with vegan
Best value bang for buck Pizza in town. Too many others say their pizzas are 'gourmet' and charge a fortune but in reality are terrible with slopped together ingredients. This Domino store is on point, never been dissapointed with the quality or the price. Time from order to arrival is generally 15 minutes for me which is amazing.
Ordered online. 2 large pizza deal. Ended up with the 2 pizzas having ingredients swapped between the 2. Chilli Flakes were ordered on 1 but were placed on both. Not the first time an order from there was wrong.
SOME CS training would be a start! Hate to say it but the woman who answered the phone on the 11/2 has absolutely NO idea about customer service! Screw the order up then tells me islta no big deal, then offer a solution, then decide the solution will cost too much Duh!! Do u know your CEO is getting paid $36Million /YR!!?? He probably won't care about $6! Btw I will remove if they go the extra mile and do something for me...so if it's here, they ain't!
Warrnambool Dominos takes the top Pizza place in my list.. Mildura Dominos slips to number 2 . Every time I try Pizza at this place, it has the same top quality, fully loaded toppings and served hot. Young staff, friendly and display great customer service. Melbourne Metro guys need a training at regional places and feel embarrassed what they are feeding customers..!!
Unfortunately the pizza’s we ordered recently were terrible. Uncooked, dough was so thick like a scone . Minimal toppings . Sorry guys , no Longer ordering from Warrnambool Domino’s
Ordered via website with no issues. Pizza was ready when they said it would be. Store presentation was average with receipts on the floor. Service was good with staff member confirming order was correct before handing goods over. Pizza quality was average with toppings not evenly distributed, eg three pieces of pizza with no prawns and one slice with three prawns. No extra chilli despite it being added to order.
One of the worst pizza I have had. Worst pizza quality.
Had Dominoes previously from other stores and yeah it was alright. The food here in Warrnambool however is on a whole other level. So tasty. Everything tastes so fresh. Young lad working I think his name was Hamish is an absolute asset to this business. Straight up legend. 10/10 from me. Food was nice and hot. Cannot fault my experience not one bit.
Used to be a regular customer then had a rude delivery driver that lectured me then spun their tyres Infront of work. Now I just go to Pinky's Pizza. Much more professional. I have done the feedback form back on the 17th May. Thankyou
