Ordered 2 vegan double beef and onion, only to discover someone must have thought it was funny to put a couple of pieces of pepperoni on it. It’s a shame when people are trying to make positive changes in the world that others don’t seem to be encouraging about this. We normally support Domino’s weekly however this has made us think not to bother anymore.
Ordered at 6.00. tracker advised delivery between 6.15-6.36. phoned the store at 6.42 to be told it is still not ready! Was told by the staff member it was out the oven though and should be about 20 minutes only to get a message 5 minutes later saying it was now in the oven! This is the second week in a row we have been kept waiting for an unacceptable amount of time with incorrect delivery time frame advised and no communication to advise otherwise. Such poor service!
We get pizza from here for a treat once a month or so and the 5 or 6 times we’ve had it from here it has always been consistently good. You can tell the manager takes her job seriously by the quality of the food that comes out. By far best dominos we’ve had around Australia so far.
I have no clue as to why in hell this store has been shutting from half an hour to an hour before 10pm the earliest i have seen is 9:09pm this is a joke.
We regularly buy Domino's pizzas and we are regularly let down. They muck up the order 20% of the time.nnToo many young kids running the place and not enough experienced mature staff.nnThey are lucky as they have no competition out here but if a different fast food provider like Macca's opened up in the area they'd be stuffed.
