Friendly Customer service. An extremely busy store with many deliveries heading out the door while we waited. Very efficient and wait time was about 10 minutes for our Pizza and Garlic Bread order to be ready. The entrance door needs attention... I think it had fallen of the runner as it was very, very difficult to slide. *CUSTOMER SAFETY ISSUE Dining area was clean with hand sanitiser available. A large range of chilled drinks available.
Recently ordered 3 large pizzas from the app. The pizzas we got were NOT large. The excuse was that when they were made, the dough wasn't rolled correctly. Not only did we get incorrectly sized pizzas, we got incorrect pizzas. Initially we were offered 3 free pizzas, but received a call back to say that wasn't the case, and we could get a free garlic bread if we ordered over $45 worth next time. Not the person callings fault, the managers poor customer service. This will make 4 orders in a row that they have stuffed up, with no assistance given from the store. Will NEVER order from them again.

Fast service. Up to date restaurant. Service could do with a smile and wouldn't hurt to be nice. Pizza was mediaocka. Yes tasted alright, and the base was tasty, but as toppings were very minimal not one per slice, and toppings were at least 6cm from crust edges. Chicken kickers were JUST cooked, had to recook myself. Thought i would give them one last chance. So heres an updated review. I recieved nothing shy of appalling customer service, with sub standard food. Better off spending money elsewhere!
I have ordered cheese pizza and found ham in my pizza, pleased staff to deliver new cheese pizza as it was not my mistake, manager on duty was rude and telling me there are no delivery drivers available as being dominos franchise I know there is no store operate without delivery drivers.
I ordered veg pizza today, and i have seen pizza first time in my life without pizza base sauce, without cheese and without the topping sauce. Really gyz we are paying for the food, at least respect our money which we are paying. Thanks and Am really disappointed
I'm guessing it was the manager I was speaking with, however they cancelled my order without justification. I had just flown into town and not eaten. Domino's you are a piece of "love but really starts with s and finishes with t"" ... for all matter of known and unknown reasons ... you know why you cancelled ... so be it ... you are worthless.
Poor management and customer service. Ryan who is apparently the store manager fo the day was arrogant and disrespectful. He admitted making a mistake by not delivering the full order but had not curtesy to fix it. Usually the experience with dominos has been pleasant so it will be unfair to blame Dominos because it’s directly linked to poor decision by the manager. Guys please check your order carefully.
Sick and tired of dominos shrinking pizzas and charging more for them. Couldn't cut a straight line to save their lives and so much for the camera thing keeping a eye on toppings. Ordered 3 pizzas, a pepperoni, meat lovers and chicken and bacon. Cost nearly $45 pick up and pizzas had next to no toppings. This was their last chance. Over priced and hopeless.
Wagga Wagga is a nice and quite suburb... a good stop to relax and eat on a long drive journey Syd to Adl or back.
