Delivery came an hour late. No update on their app ordered thru uber eats. Tried calling the store, somebody finally answered on the my third attempt. Said delivery guy is out and we will receive in 10-15m, had to wait another half-an-hour. Pepperoni pizza..as photo shows you can count. Will not order from them again.

We ordered peri-feri pizza from this store with extra toppings and extra $$ but these idiots send us vegetarian pizza with thin crust, delivery guy told us he will bring the right one but didn’t come, seriously. If you guys don’t know how to run the store please don’t ruin the brand name and just close your store idiots.

Would give 0 star if there was an option. Appalled by how the staff treats customer. A guy named “Kritesh”, who initially told me his name was “mac and cheese” answered the call and straight up had an attitude for no reason and kept on interrupting me when I simply wanted to check the ETA as my tracker on the app stopped working. He replied with”your order has been delivered so you need to go check your surroundings and that driver has left the order in the entrance”. I had not received a call or text saying it was nearby or been delivered at all so I asked him why and how it got delivered without any attempt to try and hand it over. He kept on saying”go check your surroundings” again and again and kept interrupting me. My partner took over because he heard the guy talking to me disrespectfully and he then goes “ it was a different order that was delivered not this one. yours is on the way.” my partner asked him to request the drivers to call or buzz and not just leave it in the entrance and he replies”why would they call you. Don’t you have a buzzer? They’ll buzz and you’ll go pick it up. I can’t call the drivers” This guy needs to be fired if this is how he has been treating the customers. I really hope the owner takes immediate action by firing him and replacing “kritesh, mac and cheese, etc” with a polite and respectful person.

More is less. Ordered 3 pizzas and literally 90% toppings 10% everything else. Other people may have enjoyed that but I couldn't taste the bread. Probably 5-6 people working at the time, I observed and they all looked confused which was pretty entertaining. 4 stars purely for entertainment value.

TOO SLOW. Its been 2 years I have been ordering from here. I recently ordered a pizza which did not show up, while I checked the app it’s still in the store and the estimated wait time was 40 min but it exceeded 1 hours already and the app automatically increased the wait time . The pizza was made as soon as I ordered as per the app but never got delivered. They did not received my call. After few attempt they received and I said I would like to cancel the order , they were not sorry for being late. They said sorry for this time . Thank you and done. Very bad customer service. My 2 years of ordering from them ends today.
