Something is wrong with their ovens here. From the day they opened the bases are always raw. They simply need to turn the bottom of the oven up. I never learn and have kept going back thinking they may have fixed it because surely people complain, but it’s always the same. After years of disappointment I think I’m finally done.
How this place is still running I don’t know. Consistently over the years they have been late on delivery, do not answer the phone, and simply hang up on customers who try and call to check up on their late orders- or just let the phone ring out. The pizza arrives stone cold. Tonight was no different. Never again will I order from this place. It’s an absolute shambles. And don’t tell me to call the store because they don’t answer. I feel sorry for the young staff working there. Whoever runs it is doing a terrible job.
ordered $40 of delivery on the 14th february 2025 still about an hour before they were set to close, never got my food and they never picked up when i tried to call. called them the next morning explaining the situation and they saw it and said they decided to close even though the site let me order and google said they didnt close for another hour, so they confirmed i didn't get my food then they told me i'd get a refund within FORTY days, i think they were just trying to fob me off and hope i'd forget but its august and i never got my refund. this place sucks
i ordered delivery to my home. after an hour of waiting i called for an update and they said they’re busy and only have one driver so we waited. at 12am our pizza that we ordered at 10:30 still hadn’t arrived even though it said delivered. i left my home to go to the store, it was closed. the pizza had also obviously been sitting for so long that its cold and disgusting
Terrible. Ordered for delivery 7:15 through dominos app on Easter Monday, got advised that uber will be picking up and now delivery will be later than 7:40! Food arrived cold and the driver was hopeless. Do be tight and pay your staff on a public holiday and get your own drivers!
