Tried to order a deal off the Web page..... staff didn't know what we were talking about.....put us on hold with no warning for 8 mins.. manager came on phone saying we had ordered this and that......we haven't ordered yet!....couldn't even tell us what sides they had piss poor and consistent with previous experiences from this store.dont waste your time.
AWFUL!!! Ordered at 9:30pm via app. Writing this review at 11:30pm and it still says pizza being made.. have called restaurant 25 times and zero response. Going to attempt to get a refund tomorrow but highly doubt I will receive considering their already appalling customer service. Absolute numpties all of em. I’m starving over here just want me pizza ffs
This store is absolutely HOPELES! Every time we have ordered from here it has been nothing but a big disappointment! They forget to add ingredients as requested every single time! One time the order was delivered 2 hours after the ETA had passed! All cold and trash worthy!nnDO NOT GO HERE!
Service was lovely. Pizza had very little effort put in, as there is nearly not enough toppings. Just didn’t meet my normal expectations.
Delivery was late, pizza was cold. Told them to take it back and start again. I ended up receiving a reheated first order, soggy and half cold. Never again. Worst pizza I've had.
