Ordered online with a pickup. Completely wrong order when arriving in store to what was on the receipt. Absolutely terrible customer service, 10minute wait at the counter with no one else in the store. Anyway I replied to the feedback service which they give us a voucher for a pizza. Last week we used the voucher and lord, the pizza we received was absolutely dog poo looks like a dog tried to make a pizza I honestly don’t think anyone cares in that store. I will attach a photo prolly spend your money elsewhere.
Recently,we have ordered their pizza twice. Both the times in bulk. Their pizza tastes so good. The owner was very welcoming and has good customer service skills and is very helpful.nI don't know why there are a lot of negative reviews. Don't worry about them. You guys keep up your good work.nI will keep ordering our pizzas there.
Since new owners I feel like the food is just terrible, I’ve never ate food that’s dry, cold and burnt all in one. Definitely don’t think I’ll order again and defs don’t trust it as much as I used too,nMy dog didn’t even wanna eat it.
Horrible! Ordered a double cheese melt and got the picture below, took a few bites and nearly chocked on the burnt/dryness, tried to give my dog a piece and not even he would eat it.nCalled the store and they told me they didn’t have what they needed to make it so made this instead, and when I said well this isn’t what I asked for he said ‘oh well this is more value then what you originally paid for’ and told me I was a bad listener. MY DOG WONT EVEN EAT THIS. actually feral, both the food and the behaviour of some of the staff. Don’t order
The chicken wings & 2 out of 3 pizzas I ordered were made at the correct pick up time; 18:23. I got there at 18:20. They were busy which I understood but I walked out finally after waiting for that 1 pizza & 2 garlic breads at 19:18. Ended up reheating those 2 pizzas and chicken wings when I got home. Won’t be going back.
