We were used to be a regular customer of Domino but the gradually degraded quality just push us away.nWe used to do big order with pizza, chicken, drink, chip...But nothing was closed to acceptablenToday, we decided to try one more time hopefully something has been improved.nSadly it's not.nNothing were right with this other.nI have no idea how D can still run a business without even care about food quality.nI bought pizza and they gave me a mess.nIt looks like the shop was run, and serve by children.nWaste of time and money
I’m extremely disappointed with my recent order from this Domino’s location. I specifically ordered 2 vegetarian pizzas, and to my shock, there were pieces of ham on them. When I called the store to report the issue, instead of apologizing or offering to fix the mistake, the staff member casually said, “Oh, we can’t do anything about this.”nnThis is completely unacceptable — especially for people who don’t eat meat for religious, ethical, or health reasons. No accountability, no customer service, just a careless attitude.nnI will never order from this store again, and I hope others take this review seriously. Mistakes happen, but how you handle them matters even more — and this place clearly doesn’t care.
Absolutely unacceptable experience at Domino’s. I ordered two vegetarian pizzas, and to my shock, I got ham in one of them. As someone who strictly avoids meat, this was deeply upsetting and completely disrespectful.nnWhen I called the store to report it, I expected at least an apology — but instead, the staff were rude and dismissive. One of them actually said, “We can’t do anything about this,” and even more disturbingly added, “Our store is full of contaminated food anyway.”nnThis kind of attitude is disgusting. No accountability, no apology, and no care for customers with dietary preferences or restrictions. I won’t be ordering from Domino’s again, and I urge others to think twice — especially if you have specific dietary needs.
Threatened me when I complained about the food: ordered a Chicken Supreme pizza from Domino’s Newtown, my second time ordering from them. The first experience a different pizza was average, but this time the quality was unacceptable. The pizza arrived without visible capsicum, and the chicken smelled bad and tasted off; it was inedible. I had to peel the chicken off to even try eating it, and after two slices, I had to stop.nnFollowing Domino’s policy, I called the store directly. They initially said they’d need to collect the pizza and test it for food safety before issuing a refund. I agreed and requested a replacement in the meantime. They offered to send another chicken pizza, but I explained I couldn’t trust the chicken again and asked for a non-chicken alternative, like a Paneer pizza. They agreed.nnHowever, minutes later, they called back and reversed their position. They said they would issue a refund but would not collect the pizza, and shockingly, told me I would not be served again in the future, accusing me of trying to get free food. I clarified that I had simply followed Domino’s refund policy and even agreed to their inspection process even if I didn’t receive a replacement. They responded that they didn’t have anyone available to pick it up, but that was not my fault.nnThe conversation became unprofessional. I was threatened with refusal of service for reporting a legitimate food safety concern, and accused of scamming despite requesting proper procedural review. I ultimately had to throw the pizza away.nnThis was a terrible experience, and I believe it violates Domino’s own stated policies on customer service, food safety, and complaint handling. I expect formal action to be taken.
I ordered pizza via MenuLog at 18:10 to be delivered at 19:00, so they had plenty of time. At 19:20 pizza was not delivered even though the MenuLog site showed that it was delivered. I called the restaurant and they said that they were very busy and they didn't even start working on my order. The said me to wait for at least another 40 minutes.nnI could understand if they said 'Sorry, we are very busy, we won't be able to deliver your order within two hours.' No problems, high load happens. However, knowing that they would be terribly late on the order, they chose to feed me with lies sending updates through the web site as if they were working on the order, delivering the order, even though they were far from beginning preparing the food.nnTo the business owner: I have read your pointless response. This is another ridiculous example of how you do your business. Why would I contact the local store? They already know everything. It is they who created such situation. Why would I need to contact you through a Domino web-site, like you don't know everything already?
