We have enjoyed Domino's many times, unfortunately this time they did not come through and we were rather disappointed in the quality. One pizza had barely anything on half of it the kids refused to eat it and the overall quality on the others about 5 was just not there. This was the second time in a row of this experience. It will be some time before we want to buy again and will likely stick to home made.
After an absence of being a customer at this franchise because of earlier poor product quality for some time, we thought to give it another go. Major mistake!!! 1st, the latest Dominoes website is a mishmash and very difficult to get what you want. But the pizzas! Order 60, 1/11/2022 I am not sure if one has to go to a special course to make such a bad offering but I suspect so. Bread uncooked and doughy. Cheese and Garlic - NO GARLIC Requested source ignored! Toppings almost non existent and loose. Cheese dry and crusty. It seems that cheese can be incinerated, but the bread left limp and flacid. Must be a special process. The last review of one year ago by Karen says it all. No improvement and certainly a place to avoid. Its almost an insult to the rubbish bin to threw it in as we have done. Not what we ordered, not what we expected and not going to be repeated. One star is way to high.

Food is always hot, well presented, and the delivery service is amazing, with friendly and well-presented staff. And the pizza? Yum!
Ordered two pizzas for pickup on monday night. They were cooked perfectly. The staff were friendly. Allowed me to do a half cash half eftpos payment.
The food is generally great BUT the app needs help it was a bit of a pain, I ordered the 3 pizza special with sides and wouldn't let me select any pizza that I wanted all it would do was stay on traditional. Traditional wat??? So I rung but the guy I spoke to said was so fast I couldn't understand him, wat I did make out was that I couldn't phone order it was only through the app and he couldn't explain why I was having that issue. So I went to pizza Hutt and it was cheaper.
Their delivery driver will steal from your house and even after you report it to their management with video proof they won’t take action against that employee “without police charge”. They’d rather continue keeping said delivery driver on their staff to save them the time and resources of replacing him rather than help in keeping people safe in their own homes.
I definitely don't blame the staff for this, they're worked so busy! But my pizza arrived 15 minutes late, which I didn't mind, I've waited much longer for delivery meals before, and it's late evening. But when I got it, half the PB beef crumbles were burnt and crunchy, the pizza had almost no sauce or vegan cheese, it was just basically the crumbles and onion on the crust, and the crust was undercooked, so the slicing tool didn't manage to cut through properly, and I just had to tear chunks off of it instead. Usually they are quite good here, I'm more curious about what happened more than anything.
