Ordered a delivery and after 1.5 hours I tried calling to see where my order was. Tried 4 times and was cut off each time. Ended up going to the store...2 hours after ordering by now....and found 3 other people with the same problem. Finally got served only to be told they could make my order now and get it in the oven. 2 hours later and they haven't even made it!nThe store only had 2 staff in there and it was dirty and disorganised. I asked for a refund and went and got Maccas.nThis is not the first time this has happened either. And when we do get our order, usually late, it is poorly made, undercooked or burnt, drinks hot or forgotten.nI won't be back to this store ever.
There was minor error and they fixed it for me asap. The person who helped me was tatite sorry if I misspelled it. His customer service skills were amazing and the rest of the staff was great as well.
The pizzas have always come with wrong or little toppings, or really really late.nA loaded supreme pizza is some weird mix of bacon, pineapple and peri peri sauce.nDon’t waste your money on dominos, go to Michelangelo’s or pizza riviera.
If I could give 1/2 star, I would. Absolutely awful. Not only were we originally given the wrong pizzas when we went back for replacements they were COLD. TOPPINGS, what toppings?
Reality verses what should be a Hawiian Pizza. I accept I need to pay my for my GF base but if I'm paying extra for a traditional pizza, please put on the topping I've paid for, it's HAM, PINEAPPLE AND CHEESE. 5 pieces of ham of over 4 slices doesn't make a pizza. I think your DOM SCANNER is busted!
