I ordered food, a $60 delivery, and my pizza was burned, cheesy garlic bread was burned, churros were limp and didn't have any sugar and my wings tasted like they were cooked 3 hours earlier. I went in and showed staff pictures, and they were friendly and happy to help by giving me a free replacement order. When I called back a week later and used this, the whole thing started again, burnt pizza, burnt garlic bread, bad churros and bad wings. The only reason it's not a 1 star is because the staff were so nice.
Ordered dominoes tonight, two pizzas and two cheesy garlic breads, I left a comment asking to make sure that there is cheese on the garlic bread as in the past we have gotten cheesy garlic bread and there is always little cheese, but tonight tops the cake. Literally one melted piece of cheese on one slice and none on the rest. Might as well of ordered a garlic bread cos that’s what it was.
I ordered online and I accidently or somehow missed the time I wanted rang them straight away to stop order and see if I can adjust the time the operator on the other end said already in oven nothing can be done, I told him I didn't want order then. My family decided the right thing if can't do anything was just go pickup. We travelled from Zilzie to Yeppoon which is about 15-20 minutes away, when we got there to be told been cancelled would I like to reschedule to the time I wanted could of told me on phone instead of travelling all the way there . We regularly get Dominos instead of Roscos. After this terrible customer service we will no longer support Dominos especially Yeppoon. Will be talking to head office regarding this experience and operator involved to get trained in what to do if a customer puts in wrong time.
Bought 25 pizza's today. The team were accommodating of our needs. They were also very friendly and helpful. Thanks Domino's Yeppoon.
The worst service I have received at a dominos.Ordered online went in 5 mins after pick up time for them to say it was in oven only a couple mins to go.Come back 5 mins later for them to say that they were slicing it and won't be long after another 10 mins asked where my pizza was after standing there only to be told that my pizza was in the oven and being redone all up was there for 30 mins no sign of pizza before asking for a refund after being told by the staff member that she didn't tell me they were slicing my pizza before shuffling off to hide behind the ovens
Got Pizza for dinner Sunday night and the pizza crust was burnt, and the garlic bread was burnt and so dried out wasn't funny. Wasn't real impressed.Food: 1/5
Today i had an amazing encounter with a lady named charlotte. Very sweet, and lovely. Keep up the good work luv. Made my experience terrific.
The worst costumer service Pick up a order that I wasn’t aware that there was four pizzas didn’t make the order they have looked through the receipt gave me the order but one less pizza got home to be told that there where four pizzas I’ve tried to call back to inform that there should be a pizza left there unaccounted for but they just hang up on me Kept ringing was answered 10 min later She was acting like she couldn’t here me But she didn’t the first time She said I’ll go and check and never Hurd back and hung up must be some type of people that work there and I’m not going to even mention it discussing behaving no respect to costumers

Ordered three 'thin and crispy' pizzas on a Tuesday; does that mean the quality changes? I received 3 different chicken ones, they were all way undercooked, had very little toppings but two had large explosions of some white sauce which I imagine it was meant to only be drizzled. Really disappointed in the quality but the pizza was quick to arrive.
